Plan and run campaigns

Start with the marketing outcome, then choose the FitStack objects that support it. Campaigns brings together reusable audiences, reusable message content, one-time sends, and ongoing lifecycle communication.

Shared Email and SMS TemplatesReusable message content
Choose a one-time Broadcast or an ongoing Journey from the communication pattern the goal requires.

Coming soon: shared Campaigns Email and SMS Templates will be available inside Journey message steps. Today, the shared Templates library supplies Broadcast content. A Journey workflow template is different: it provides a reusable Journey structure rather than shared message content.

Plan before opening a builder

Write down:

  1. Outcome — what should change for the audience or the business?
  2. Audience — which clubs and people are in scope?
  3. Communication pattern — one message or an ongoing sequence?
  4. Channel — Email or SMS, with the matching permission?
  5. Content — custom content or a reviewed reusable Template?
  6. Activation — a chosen send time or a defined Journey trigger?
  7. Measurement and ownership — which result matters, and who acts when someone demonstrates intent?

Keep the audience, message, activation, measurement, and handoff aligned. A well-built message sent to the wrong audience—or a qualified response without clear ownership—does not complete the marketing job.

Connect marketing to individual follow-up

Broadcasts and Journeys are designed and operated for audiences, but either can provide a configured handoff into individual sales work:

  • an SMS Broadcast can use its marketing assistant to capture an interested reply into a selected pipeline and optional stage;
  • a Journey can use a Sales Opportunity step or an opportunity-producing Call to Action to create or connect a Lead at its configured destination.

Lead pipelines organize the one-to-one work that begins after either handoff. They also receive Leads from non-campaign entry points such as authorized staff entry, GymSales synchronization, and supported prospect intake.

  • Use Journeys or lead pipelines? to choose the right operating model and understand the handoff.
  • Use Leads overview to learn how a Lead, pipeline, stage, owner, and timeline fit together and compare the current entry paths.
