FitStack brings club operations, administration, member experiences, and integrations into one platform. Your account and responsibilities determine which workspace you use.
Identify your role
Confirm whether you are working as a gym owner, manager, staff member, or integration partner. Your organization’s FitStack owner can confirm your product access when it is required.
Open the workspace you were assigned
Use the URL provided by your organization. FitStack uses separate surfaces for administration, day-to-day club work, and member experiences.
Confirm your club context
Before changing data, verify that the selected club or organization is the one you intend to manage.
Continue with a goal-based guide
Use Tutorials for step-by-step workflows or the Help center when something is not working as expected.
Do not share passwords, API keys, access tokens, or member data in screenshots or support requests.
