Clubs overview
A club record describes the physical gym. Its tabs separate information that applies to the whole club from schedules for spaces inside it and places where staff enroll members elsewhere.

- In Admin, open Clubs.
- Search by club number, code, name, phone, email, or status.
- Select the edit action for the intended club.
- Confirm the club name, city, state, and code in the header before changing anything.
The club page provides these settings:
| Tab | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Identity, contact details, physical address, time zone, social and review accounts, SMS quiet hours, status, and launch dates |
| Amenities | Selecting shared amenities available at this club |
| Hours | The club’s regular weekly hours and one-date exceptions |
| Areas | Spaces inside the gym that need their own identity or hours |
| Locations | Separate places where staff enroll members |
Verify the club header before every save. Administrators with access to many clubs can otherwise make a correct change on the wrong club.
Recommended setup order
For a new club, work in this order:
- Confirm club information, especially code, time zone, status, and physical address.
- Select club amenities.
- Set weekly club hours and known exceptions.
- Add areas that operate differently.
- Add enrollment locations when staff work outside the physical club.
This order gives the more specific schedules a reliable club record to build from.
