• your organization and club
• the FitStack workspace you were using
• what you expected to happen
• what happened instead
• the exact error message
• the approximate time and time zone
• whether the issue affects one person or several
• a redacted screenshot, if it adds useful context

Do not send

• passwords
• API keys or access tokens
• full payment details
• unredacted member records
• database exports

If you believe credentials or sensitive data were exposed, say that the issue is security-sensitive and request a secure follow-up channel.
