Organizations and clubs

An organization can operate one or more clubs. Your account may be scoped to a single club or authorized across several locations.

Roles and permissions

What you can view or change depends on your assigned role. If a guide mentions an action that is missing from your screen, ask an administrator to confirm your access before treating it as a product issue.

Records and workflows

FitStack connects operational records—such as members, leads, tickets, and communications—to workflows that help staff take the next action.
